1. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value and no hidden fees. If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee, which will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.
2. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch email containing your tracking number once your order has been picked, packed, and handed to our shipping carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
3. Delivery Times
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5–14 business days, depending on your location and the fulfilment centre from which your order is routed. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as public holidays, seasonal sales events, or periods of high carrier demand. These estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Order Tracking
Every order includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email at the time of dispatch. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly with the carrier.
If your tracking information has not been updated within 7 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us at kontakt@kavallier.de and we will investigate on your behalf.
5. Fulfilment & Logistics
To ensure the fastest possible delivery and efficient order routing, we fulfil orders from a network of fulfilment centres located in the United States, Germany, and China, with each order automatically assigned to the most appropriate and closest available centre at the time of purchase. All fulfilment centres operate under the same strict quality control standards — every item is carefully inspected before dispatch, regardless of its origin. All outgoing orders are sealed in reinforced, tamper-evident packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
We ship to customers within Germany. As Germany is a member of the European Union, orders delivered within Germany are not subject to customs duties or import taxes when fulfilled from within the EU. In cases where an order is routed from a fulfilment centre outside the EU, all applicable import duties and taxes are covered by us — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at kontakt@kavallier.de with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate promptly and, at your choice, offer a free replacement or a full refund. We are committed to making sure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at kontakt@kavallier.de with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct the address before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it while it is in transit.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will reship the order to the correct address at no additional cost to you, once the correct details have been confirmed.
