If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Kavallier.

Kavallier is a retail store registered in Germany, operating through a Shopify-powered online store at www.kavallier.de. We sell directly to customers and are an independent retailer. 3. Eligibility
To place an order with us, you must be at least 16 years of age, or be purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we have reason to believe eligibility requirements have not been met.
4. Products & Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate, but minor variations in colour or texture may occur depending on your screen settings and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or withdraw any product from our range at any time without notice.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payments are processed securely by Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Promotional discounts and offers are not combinable with other promotions unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items at the stated price. A binding contract between you and Kavallier is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, stock discrepancies, or errors in pricing or product information. If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.
7. Cancellations
Due to our fast-paced fulfilment process — all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched directly from our own stock — cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at kontakt@kavallier.de with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please wait for the delivery and follow our standard returns process. Approved refunds following a return are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Kavallier and is protected under German and international intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without our prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks and brand names referenced on our website belong to their respective owners. Kavallier is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party brand unless explicitly stated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kavallier's total liability to you in connection with any order or use of our website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
